Step 1: REGISTRATION

Fill up the online registration and make sure to complete all information.

Step 2: 5-DAY FREE TRIAL OF eleksyon+© APPLICATION

You will be contacted within two (2) days to confirm interest and schedule of eleksyon+© application testing. Once confirmed, an activation key access shall be sent to your registered e-mail account and you are provided a five (5) day trial of the eleksyon+© application FREE of charge.

The eleksyon+© system shall utilize the 2007 CVL data for testing.

Should you wish to test the system using the 2010 Computerized Voters List (CVL) or Project of Precincts (POPs), you may coordinate with our eleksyon+© Coordinator, Ms. Jennifer Ocampo at contact number 02-4563508 and provide us a soft copy of the 2010 CVL and/or POPs in .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx format. A minimum amount of Php 10,000.00 for every 100,000 CVL and/or POPs shall be charged for database processing and normalization. The five (5) days eleksyon+© application testing with provided CVL and/or POPs shall be scheduled as soon as database is normalized and processed.

Please take note that since this is a 5-day trial testing, all inputted data on the system shall be refreshed on the fifth day unless we are informed prior to the said date.

If you wish to subscribe to the system at anytime or even prior to the fifth day trial period, please click on the SUBSCRIBE link button provided on the same e-mail and our eleksyon coordinator will contact you as soon as possible or contact us at 02-4563508.

Step 3: SUBSCRIPTION

Upon the completion of the 5-day trial on eleksyon+, access to the eleksyon+© application shall be terminated. You will receive a notification in your e-mail address that trial period is completed and if interested you may click on the SUBSCRIBE button link that you receive in your e-mail.

By clicking on the SUBSCRIBE link, you are expressing your interest to subscribe on the eleksyon+ application and our eleksyon+© coordinator will contact you for your signature of conforme in the eleksyon+© Terms of Agreement.

Step 4: PAYMENT

Upon your signature of conforme in the eleksyon+© Terms of Agreement, an outright down payment in cash for two (2) months and issuance of post dated checks for the succeeding months is required.

Step 5: eleksyon+© ACCESS

Upon fulfillment of steps 3 and 4, a User name and Password for access on the eleksyon+© system shall be released via registered e-mail.

The said access rights shall be your administrator rights to the eleksyon+© system, it is strongly suggested that the password be changed immediately prior to use.

Congratulations! You may now use eleksyon+© to win the 2010 elections.
